Oswestry Town Market takes place every Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. It is a small showcase of Oswestry Town with its independent traders and eclectic mix of stalls and traders.
Oswestry outdoor street market takes place every Wednesday and Saturday come rain, come shine and stalls spread from the market square, The Bailey Head, down Bailey Street to The Cross. Speciality outdoor markets take place on Fridays through the year and the last Friday in the month brings an eclectic mix of local artisans for their regular visit to Oswestry.
The Indoor Market is a vibrant centre with a great mix of market stalls including antiques and curios, collectables and cake accessories, balloons and a barber. Make The Tourist Information Centre your first stop to find out everything about Oswestry from our town ambassadors. There is even a public piano so if you feel like entertaining, do sit down and give us a tune!
Ready for people watching? Make a stop for coffee or something to eat from the Cafes on the steps and sit and enjoy watching market days.

Don’t miss Oswestry Food and Drink Festival in July. For two days the market turns into festival mode with street food, entertainment and  stalls from the Bailey Head down into the town and the park.
