Little Barn has the charm of an old stone building with the advantages of modern comforts. There is oil-fired central heating which also provides hot water. All beds have duvets and pillows and all linen is provided. Two bedrooms – one double, one twin. Shower room with basin and toilet. The kitchen/dining room is well equipped with a range of cupboards, electric cooker, microwave, refrigerator and washing machine, 24 hour drying service available. Ground floor cloakroom with toilet and basin. The lounge is a cosy room with television and a wood burning stove – fuel provided.

Off road parking for two vehicles. Adjacent to the parking area is an enclosed private patio garden surrounded by trellis. Garden furniture is provided making a restful setting to enjoy the sun. The small courtyard rear garden is an ideal spot to have a barbecue.
