Welcome to our home, with picturesque views overlooking Whittington Castle and moat – perfect for business or pleasure. Situated on A495, we are about a mile from the well- known Robert Jones & Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital, and only 2 miles from the market town of Oswestry. We are within easy reach of the spectacular scenery of North Wales, with Llangollen about 12 miles away.

Fitzwarine House is a very old building made up of three or four houses, parts of which date back to Tudor Times. Oozing with character it is ideally placed for exploring the spectacular scenery of North Wales, withing easy commuting distance of Oswestry, Shrewsbury and Chester making it perfect for business or pleasure.

All my bedrooms are spacious with en-suite facilities featuring electric showers & heated towel rails.

Each room has a digital TV, tea/coffee making facilities and full gas central heating. Free wifi available. Rooms with views of the castle and moat. (Fitwarine House is a roadside property which can produce traffic noise in these rooms) A family room with en-suite bathroom. There is a no smoking policy in all rooms.

Fancy an evening meal? There are two excellent pubs within a 3 minute walk away – The White Lion and Ye Olde Boote Inn. We recommend either for a superb meal.
