We have been established as a B&B for over 40 years. Halfway between Shrewsbury and Oswestry, 9 miles, each with a showground where many events are held. PGL BOREATTON PARK 2 miles, PACKWOOD HAUGH School 1 mile, ADCOTE School 4 miles, LOTON PARK Speed Hill Climb 8 miles, and 9 miles from the DERWEN COLLEGE and the famous Robert Jones and Dame Agnes Hunt ORTHOPAEDIC hospital in Gobowen. Easy access Snowdonia to Ironbridge, Chester to Ludlow.
Well-appointed rooms designed for your comfort and well supplied with extras. No TV in the rooms but there is a computer, free wi fi and loads of books for your enjoyment.
When not home made or home grown, most food comes from Moor Farm Shop – 1 mile. Extensive breakfast menu with a great selection for every taste.
BROWNHILL HOUSE GARDEN is the icing on the cake – 2 acres on a 45degree slope down to the River Perry. Woodland walks, sculpture garden, formal terraces and large vegetable garden – A place of peace and beauty for everyone, especially gardeners. The gardens of Brownhill House have been opening for the National Gardens Scheme for almost 40 years.
Eclectic hosts, both published authors and Yoland is a fount of knowledge on local history. Yoland and Roger run the Shropshire Alternative Car Club and have 4 kit cars! The property also has an electric car charger point.

Turn off the A5 to Ruyton XI Towns at the X roads with the B4397. Approximately 2 miles to the village, through the centre, up the hill, along the Brownhill and Brownhill House is a long cream house with BLUE PAINTED window frames, on your left.
