Oswestry Borderland Tourism is a company limited by guarantee which is dedicated to promoting Oswestry and the Borderlands of Shropshire and Wales as a high quality visitor destination. Membership is available for all businesses that want to help us in our aim. 

We ask all members to sign up to our membership charter and, as a visitor, you should look for the charter displayed at their business and also their membership sticker and check that they are abiding by the terms and conditions of the charter.

Oswestry Borderland Tourism takes no responsibility for businesses that do not carry out these terms and conditions and, as a visitor, you should take up any complaints with the business directly or any statutory authority.

If you like what our members do, please tell everyone. If you don’t like what we do,we do ask that you approach the business in the first instance and give them the opportunity to put things right for you. If we don’t know what’s wrong, we can’t put it right!
