Remembrance Day Service & Parade – Oswestry Town Council

Oswestry residents are invited to come together for the town’s annual Remembrance Day Service and Parade. As is the tradition, the Parade will assemble on the Bailey Head at 10.30am. Porthywaen Silver Band will lead the procession to the Memorial Gates where a Remembrance Service will be held. The service will be followed by two minutes’ silence before wreaths are laid. The Parade will then return to the Bailey Head prior to dismissal by the Parade Marshall.

Another service will be held at the Memorial Gates on Armistice Day, Tuesday 11 November at 11am.
