Llanyblodwel & Porthywaen Memorial Institute

Our village hall is surrounded by countryside and proudly hosts a WW1 memorial. We are a registered charity, organising our own events and offering two function rooms for hire. The main hall (18 x 12 metres) has capacity for 200 people standing and 250 people seated.  It has a fixed bar and stage.  Tables and chairs are available and included in hire fees. The smaller hall (6 x 12 metres) has an adjacent kitchen equipped with a cooker, microwave and crockery.  We have ample parking, coach access, and facilities for the disabled (parking, a fixed entrance ramp, and toilet). The venue is suitable for a wide range of events including weddings, parties, funeral receptions, training events, exercise classes, craft fairs, dances and so on.
